My latest album, Chrome, was born out of my fascination with the interplay between chance and counterpoints. By combining the predictable and familiar with the unpredictable and unexpected. I discovered new rhythms and patterns that emerged where none were expected. I unearthed new tones that resulted from a fusion of different sounds.

To create each track, I relied heavily on improvisation, often starting with a simple, found sound, a randomly generated sequence or a melody played on an instrument. These formed the foundations to create new textures and harmonies to tell musical stories.

One of my main sources of inspiration was a humble glockenspiel, with its bright and resonant notes. By blending it with other instruments, I explored new consonances and expanded my musical horizons with each track.
